Default 16" trim rings

Chris,
As the availability of 14" and 15" tires dwindle to about nothing, it might be a good idea to look at producing 1963 to 1968 8 lug type trim rings for a 16 x 7" wheel with a 4.25 backspace. 60 - 62 type trim rings in a 16" do seem to be available.

I recently shopped for 225/70x15s to replace my 12 year Firestone Firehawks (discontinued two years ago) and pretty much found nothing. I was left with little to no choice but to have Wade from BOP to make me a set of 16 x 7s. I had Diamondback Classics do a set of redline Michelin Primacys in a 235/60x16 to get the same rolling diameter as the 8.24x14 that were originally OEMed on the car. Wade says he's getting more and more people going with 16s so that they can get tires so the demand should be there.

I've looked all over for something remotely close to a 63 - 68 8 lug type 16" trim ring and have found nothing.
