Are you looking for the total production of 1970 GTO's with a RAIV and 4 speed, that number is 627 hardtops. I would recommend looking at the www.gtojudgeregistry.com website, you can register your car through that website and help you with numbers of cars that have survived. Also, if you are on Facebook, there is a Facebook group called 1970 & 1971 GTO Judge Registry & Ram Air Cars. Good information in the group.

My car is an automatic and I know there where 140 hardtops built with RAIV and TH400 but I can´t find any information about how many of these was The Judge.

There were 140 1970 GTO hardtops with a RAIV and Auto transmission, there were 13 1970 GTO Convertibles with a RAIV and Auto transmission. There were 72 1970 GTO Judge Hardtops & Convertibles with a RAIV and Auto transmission. There is no breakdown between hardtop and conv for the Judges.
