Is it just me ... or are the results getting better?

At least they don't have three or five headlights now.

Wonder if it's learning from all the car searches we are doing.

To be honest I don't see allot of improvement yet with accuracy in detail, at times it gets pretty close though.

Not a huge fan either but some are appealing from afar, rear view mirror afar...

Actually the description on that one was 1972 Road Runner Rat Rod Theme, if not for copyrights I may have gotten the real Road Runner on the door. This thing is awesome for inspiration, I'd love to have that car. You're right here's a few random things I got while creating images of 442 Rat Rods, some can be odd and extraordinary.

1972 Oldsmobeast?

Head hunter? Bone Collector?

Check the hood handle.

Satellite adjustment slip and slide... TV addiction perhaps?

This one came out of nowhere...

As mentioned the time it's doing these in is unreal, that's a compounding effect that will speed up movies, TV shows etc. Marvels "Secret Invasion" TV show has an AI intro, it probably pumped out a ton of versions and they then used the best clips as the main 1, in like 2 hours because the editor couldn't decided which ones to use because they were all creative and good.

I like the Where's Waldo of details wrong, that's a fun test to see what is jacked etc. One of the cars had like 6 exhaust pipes underneath facing forward in that wheelie shot, hilarious. The Bender one was half convertible half hard top. Actually one of the fire cars had killer 5 spoke wheels.

AI has already created deadly toxins mankind never came up with, a couple of scientists let it run overnight and the **** it spit out freaked them, they stopped and realized, not a great test to run. Hopefully it'll cure and save more than it'll kill.

The images are fun, actually the input going into the AI has been creative which helps you the user gain more insight into what you want to see and your feelings towards the results. It'll train you to be very descriptive and process the results to meet your criteria or vision etc. I think a big plus to AI is time efficiency, one of the most valuable things in your life to gain back when possible.

Definitely a blessing and a curse. I appreciate the tech but remain cynical about the ethics of business and worse, the profitability of crime.

I always pegged Gandolph as a Ford guy..

100 years from now you'll be able to AI design a wife ... better be real careful what words you use to generate that.

Mike those are awesome, I like the one with a reindeer driving 'how ironic', a few days ago I tried to get a picture of a Pontiac sleigh getting pulled by reindeer, it's very hard to get the exact image you want or even something close. If, and that's a big if, you get the car you want, you don't get the reindeer, or they're in the wrong place or somethings off and it's just not a good rendering. It's always something... and the more words or specific you try to get, often the worse the results are.

The description for all those previous images I posted was "1972 Olds 442 Rat Rod in the driveway" nothing else. Sometimes things in your recent descriptions will bleed over. I'm pretty sure that's a gnome in the last image, I googled Gandolph and got - "Did you mean: Gandalf", Wikipedia said he's a wizard character from the Hobbit?

A small deviation in description can change the entire result, as an example RatRod instead of Rat Rod. If I don't use something like "in the driveway" to bring it back to earth, it starts adding totally outrages renditions of gargoyles, skeletons or monsters in all sorts of settings, however though better to be a little vague than over descriptive.

I've found simple terms keep it in bounds and less likely outside the realm of what you want. Black and white images can appear more authentic too but the wording matters, if you want a black and white car, enter "white and black" or it's likely just to give you a black and white image. You can also manipulate it to a degree.

Just to show an idea of what I'm trying to explain and what usually happens, this is a scenario I seem to get
allot when trying to get good lifelike images starting with no background or Rat/Hot Rod terms used.
It can be quite peculiar if you allow it to generate the background, here is "1972 Olds 442" in the description.

Well that didn't turn out like I thought lol, obviously a malfunction due to the drive-in background setting.
But this just goes to show how peculiar and random it can be, also notice the water color tone.

Now add "Rat Rod in the driveway" to the description and poof! Not sure why but the realism is evident.

Now I've taken "in the driveway" out, so it gives me a random background but the realism stayed, because of
"Rat Rod" still in the description and the prior 'recent' description which you can turn off.

I changed nothing in the next one and it gave me a random background again but the lifelike quality of the
picture is starting to fade. If not for "Rat Rod" in the description it probably would have turned to water color.

With "in the driveway" back in the description I get the more realistic image back. Now I might let it give me
a random background again just to see what comes up, it's a always a crap shoot anyway.

AI doesn't "Think" even the tiniest bit, it sorts through massive amounts of data and finds probable solutions to queries based on well crafted algorithms.

If you have ten scientists working on a problem in ten separate rooms and not communicating their findings progress is slow. If those ten scientist still don't communicate with each other, but dump their results into a database ... "AI" is the program that sorts through those results to find high probability solutions based on a consensus of data.

What makes the "AI" seem super intelligent is that it is the only person in the room that has access to all the results, from all the scientist in the same place at the same time.

It doesn't create anything new, doesn't "think" anything ... what it does VERY well is .... find things that humans miss because of the shear volume of data involved.

What is portrayed in Science Fiction movies is NOT what AI is, what is portrayed in the movies is total fiction (currently). Maybe in 200 years real "artificial INTELLIGENCE" will exist, right now it's very solidly "ARTIFICIAL intelligence" and there is a HUGE difference between the two.

Maybe one out of 1000 politicians and media figures have any real understanding of computer programming .... but of course they are ones making the decisions and hyping the technology.

Default A.I. Idea of Hood Design

See the hood seem line. Appears to include that extending down towards the front license plate. Ensures a 0 mph bumper, as any damages would be directly transmitted to the hood.
