6205 bearings are a popular size.
Shouldn't be that hard to pop them out and press some new ones on.

How are they lubricated?
From a plate/cover that is not shown?

There is a plate that covers the bearings, It looked like wheel bearing grease but was dried out and crusty. IM sure the front gear box oil is wasted as well.

You can put a couple of grease zerks in the cover plate to lube them up once in a while. I'd replace the seals too while you're at it.

I'll check but I think I have a couple of those bearings. Number seems familiar. I'll let you know. Free if I still have them.

Tipcial size for snowmobile skid/chaincase/idler wheels. I bet you have some with and without the seals from old sleds.

Oh yeah, pretty common on sleds. Yamaha and Polaris for sure.

Only 6205's I have are used and seals are no good. Must have saved them for an "emergency"!

360Rocket... just find a bearing supplier near you. Take one of yours with you and they can match you up. Pretty common. I think they are made with and without seals.(mine have an s and another letter after the 6205. Mine are Koyo brand)

A jet ski or atv dealer might have them but only "know" them by a far different part number... though one of their techs would likely know what they are used on if they have anything that uses them.

Wink

After the bearing install there are certain end and rotor clearance specs that need to be checked or you could end up with a scrap blower case. Plus car blowers use different specs then the diesel app they came off of.
