Will headers interchange between the '64-'67 GTO model years? If I have headers off of a '67 will they fit my '65?

You "shouldn't" have any problem, most catalogs I've seen list one part number for '64-'72.

Yes they will fit. They only problem that you may incounter is caused by frame spread. As they frame ages it settles and basically narrows the front rails. The engine settles causing the crossmember to droop. Some headers then have clearance problems at the rear lower a-arm.
