The two pieces that the bottom of my gas pedal pops onto have finally broken off due to rust. anyone have any suggestions on how to hold pedal in position on the floor? Thanks

Get the old threads out, hit the junkyard and fine some new ones. I used a bolt with a 1/2" head on it.

Foolproof and Sucka free since 1979.

There under Gas pedal studs.
A lot of Chevy parts fit Pontiacs.
Good luck.
