My intake came today about 10:30 Eastern time. Packed nicely with foam pillows. Did a quick test fit. My aluminum head engine with Chinese valley pan will need some minor tweaks, but the fit out of the box is better than any Edelbrock intake I have ever used. The front to rear port alignment is truly excellent. I need to raise the roof of the intake for my ported heads and appreciate the extra material provided on the roof. Thanks again for all the hard work and a quality manifold. Hope to dyno in the next 3-4 weeks. Waiting for a few final needed parts.

Well my two were finally delivered about an hour ago and as others have testified they are works of art and were extremely well packed. Having now owned and/or handled all versions the "Cogger-Schlauch" bathtub is my opinion is the best of them all in features, fit, and finish. They do not look just like the original PMD version but can be made to look "correct" with very little effort.

I know Tom has posted many pics as this project progressed but would still love to see pics of each new owner's "as received" intakes.
"Bathtub" porn? lol

This was a 5 minute very quick mock-up right when taken out of the box. Made sure it was clean inside, (it was), then placed it on with a couple bolts and set the carbs on top. Going in 62 Catalina.

Cool

Not sure if I remembered to send my screen name Tom. No rush here but wanted to get my check in. “Darren 639” if you have a check with no screen name to refer to ,that would be me….sorry and thank you for all of the time invested in this venture. So I know you have had enough of this exact reproduction. But I’m going to go ahead and need you guys to make up some Exact repo AFB’s with wiggle room for more power but keep it authentic for us. Thank you!!!!!
