I know it's a neat car being a 4 speed, but 23k? That seems high for the condition of this car. It doesn't seem that nice when you look real close.

You're right. I like '63 Catalinas and especially 421 4 speeds. It would take some time and money to make that car really nice. $23k is a little steep for that one.
