I would like to know exactly how to 'splice' them together? I have c n c tops with the roof seal in ok condition. I put new door seals in for a hard top car. I cut the top across the window out and was going to 'splice' them onto the c n c rubber. The problem is that the new stuff is hollow inside, I tried the 3m weather strip glue and it was too thin and did nothing. I suppose saying one can 'splice them together' is easier said than actually being successfully done.
