These are as of yesterday when I drove the car, albeit to the end of the driveway, for the first time in 25 years!

The car is painted 2004 Nissan 350Z Daytona Blue Metallic. I really love this color because it doesn't wash out in the full sun like some of the other blues but still looks good in partial light. I'm thinking of going with a black cloth top with dark gray seats and light gray/black cloth inserts using colors and materials similar to the picture below. The cloth pattern has very small black diamonds on a light gray field. I'll paint the original door panels a matching dark gray while leaving the dash, door tops and carpet black. I now think this is the best compromise between having a non-A/C convertible and wanting a modern but low maintenance interior. What do you all think??

Default OK, now for some comic relief...

Nice birds! Hammered, I love that paint! I think I've been looking at the same type of color, from a 04/05 Mazda or Toyota. That color looks badass, especially at night or at dusk.

Here's my 67 when I bought it a couple of years ago, and it is much the same as I collect parts and tools to make it look nice soon. I finally have it running pretty nice on the old 326.

Not bad for $700.

RW,

Thanks for the compliments. I don't have any interior and engine bay pics right now but I will try to take some after the holidays.

Squidward: Thanks for compliment. I hope to see some progress pictures of your bird soon.

There is a Subaru 04/05 blue that looks pretty sharp too.
