1969 Front Discs?
I have a 1969 V-8 F.B. that has factory Drum Brakes all around. I want to convert to front discs but I want to keep the stock 14x7 Rally 2 wheels that came with the car. Do I need spindles from another 69 disc brake donor car or do one of the aftermarket brake companies offer a package to complete this conversion. I will keep the rear drums. Thanks.

Depends on if the R2's will clear factory disc.
I would test your wheels on a OEM setup first - it is the best overall. We and others make a setup that will clear drum wheels along with a new 2-3/4" bore caliper that matches your hydraulic setup. |

'69 Firebird 14x7 JK & JM (late) coded rally II's were used on both factory drum cars & factory disc Firebirds.
Once 1969 moels arrived the single piston disc brake setup was introduced & there was no need for separate design 14" wheels for drum or disc applications.
