Default Help… Horn and Fuse

1969 GTO…..Horn not working…

Going back 14 years horn did not work… ran a hot wire to middle of relay and tied the hot wire to hood-light. Worked for years… After messing with turn signal switch… horn blew once battery was hooked up… then it stopped working all together…..

I dont hear any clicking from relay… power to relay… I can make horn blow with power probe at black wire at relay and with power probe at the green-wire at the steering column. Horn worked when I unplugged one of the horns that I suspect was bad. When I tried the suspected bad horn alone I heard what sounded like the relay pop. Now it does not blow at all!!

I know notice the top left fuse shows no + voltage with key off…. Is that normal? All the other fuses has 12 volts to it.

Thx

I know this is about a year old, but what was wrong with it? Mine is not working now. I added a brand new relay and still nothing. I don't hear the relay clicking either.
