Default What to do when it's sunny and 82 degrees the last week of the year?

You take the Goat out so she can try out her new shoes, that's what you do!

Shhh... we don’t need more people on the roads out here.

Nothing but fruits and nuts out here, people. In fact - everyone should call their relatives and friends who moved out here and convince ‘em to move back.

By the way, Rex - I see you’re just over the hill. PM sent.

Nice cars! It's only 40 degrees here, but am LOVIN it.

Just paid my property taxes. Having to fork over blue state property taxes, can bet I'd be beyond HOT under the collar all winter!

Nice!

Actually, my property taxes are very nominal under the Mills Act Historic Preservation Program; I pioneered the program in my city.

It also helps that I bought my house 17 years ago before the outrageous home prices here in So Cal.

Nice rides! They both look amazing!

I had to look up the Blacker House. It's an interesting place with a cool history.

Thanks Tom. I may meet you guys down there. Les was having computer issues the past week or two and was away on a trip before that. I got an email from him today so I know he’s up and running again.

You guys are just jealous of having real winters- high of 10 degrees here yesterday. Glad my '17 Buick touring car has side curtains, as I had to drive it home from a shop a few days ago (clutch re-lined- didn't want to tie it up during cruising weather).
