Default Convertible rear seat panel

Does anyone have pics of these pieces installed? Just screwed onto the seat frame? I thought I had pics, but I guess not. This is for a 67 LeMans convertible. Thanks

Yes the panel is attached to the seat. The upper strip also retains the panel/cover, as well as the lower well cover strip that also holds in place.
Sorry, I don't have any better images.

Are you happy with the rear speaker and can you hear it with the top down?
Thanks
