Default 1963 LeMans conventional rear end swap.

I know this subject has been beat to death but, I am currently working on doing this to my 1963 LeMans. I currently have an 1976 Olds 350 with an adapter and custom made flex plate to the torque tube but I want more gears. My thoughts are to put a 8.8 Ford 1999 mustang GT four link rearend with disc brakes non abs. For a transmission I was going to use a built up 200r4 dual bolt pattern transmission so after the Olds is done I can build an LS for it. Any thoughts on this or input?
