Default 69 lemans headlight switch

Not getting power to the light blue wire on the high beam switch so I noticed that the red wire on the headlight switch has no power where does this red wire get power from it does look like it goes anywhere from the bulk head connector.

Red to headlight switch gets power from a master splice under the dash.

Under dash power does come through the bulkhead connector.

If it cranks and runs.. Power to under dash is good.
