Default 67 A body help ID this part!!

1967 GTO, help me identify this part!
Fell out from under dash area.
The books don't seem to show it.
Looks like a wire harness support, but I can't be certain.

Mouths onto HVAC control bolts in the dash carrier and supports the instrument cluster wiring harness.

actually, unless in 67 it was different, this is what I found on an old '66 carrier. looks very similar...
