First thing: how does it drive? It has to be pretty sweet.
If only Pontiac could have gotten Bill Collins as the General Manager instead of that nebbish Jim McDonald, they would have had the OHC when the oil crisis hit, and could have blunted the worst of the sales drops. A Ventura II wil this - as a 4-door with the nice interior trim and the Y99 chassis - would be every bit of a same year BMW Bavaria for a quarter of the price. And even better with a manual transmission which would make it a true sports sedan. |
