66 pulley colors
Restoration Guide shows water pump and P/S pulley should be gloss black and balancer pulley should be engine color. What about the balancer itself ( the weighted collar) and the hub it attaches to?

Not sure but I'd think engine color would be correct for both. That is the color mine are on my 66 GTO, when it was built by an actual Pontiac mechanic.

1966 Engine Pulleys
Factory colors.
No Power Steering, Water pump pulley - single groove, black paint. Crank pulleys, balancer, cup - engine color. With PS, Water pump pulley - double groove, cadmium plated. PS Pump pulley - black paint. Crank assembly - engine color.
