Default Hard to find Plastic fasteners

The last swap at the Packard, I bought these 3 boxes,
1977-78 grill screw inserts
Defog/lock/audio bezel push in retainers
Washer hose to hood clips. I see it takes 2 on my 78;

I have a box full of that brand, handy little pieces. Your hood needs another retainer, uses 3 for hose.
