Default carburetor question

I have a Carter AFB carb, the throttle plates are froze up. Is this worth anything?

I'll check for the tag tomorrow, it came off either a 65 GTO or a 66 Lemans

I just googled it and its suppose to be for a 66 GTO w/ 4 speed.
