If I had manual windows I'd be adding giant slabs behind them too, hate scuffed upholstery. This looks much better.

I guess he installed the rear license plate in the trunk where there's now an unused spare wheel mount.

It could actually be one of the original Bat Mobiles, the spare wheel is a carefully disguised afterburner plug.
