Found a guy here in San Antonio that re-cones 10 ohm OEM dash speakers (4x10) and does a respectable job. He also can redo the coil in them as well:
San Antonio Speaker Reconing 7366 Reindeer Trail San Antonio, TX 78238 210-509-8146 Ask for Fidel. Be sure to tell him that it's a dash speaker that has to be flush with the top of the metal speaker housing so that he will use a special cone that he gets from Mexico.
