Nice. You got your money's worth of fun out of the Camaro already it seems. I tell Dave you said hello.

Was that a Chevette and what was under the hood?

I'm having fun with it, felt a little bad about bringing it to a Pontiac show but there were almost as many Mustangs and other muscle cars there as there were Pontiac's this year. There was some talk of putting down water for me to be able to accomplish a burnout earlier in the weekend/day - I wanted to put that talk to rest. The tip I'll share for your videos with the stick car, once you dump the clutch, quickly move your foot to the brake and adjust as necessary. It's a delicate balance between the gas & brake to powerbrake a stick car but I'm sure with practice you can master it.

Thanks, enjoyed his hello over the weekend.

It's Paul Spotts lesson in excess T1000 body that hangs onto his motor - pretty impressive/quick car. Most of the back lot lines should be washed away in the next few weeks, Paul's will still be there when we get back next year.

There should have been more segments of Mitch's fantastic Bonneville on there too but there were image problems with the segments I was cutting & Movie Maker kept dropping them. There was another car that was back there for the video shoot and cuttings from other segments that really didn't play into the theme of this video. When I have the time this week I'll dice up another one for a laugh or two.

I think I was the only one mature enough not to do a burnout....
Maybe the RV next year!

That's ok you left me off Chris - that wasn't me - someone borrowed my car since I'm not allowed to do that sort of thing.
Bob - its a 400 iron D port (Pontiac engine off course) with flat tappet solid cam
11.60 at 120 at the track in street trim. could be faster with headers and a higher stall
Pypes race pro mufflers with log manifolds

Thanks for sharing Chris.

I'm sure Nixon is enjoying that, you even mixed in a little Crue which I'm sure caught his attention.

...and aside from the mystery driver in the T1000...guessing I need to put this on my calendar next year so I can show all you amateurs how to stripe a parking! haha

Doug, it's so funny you mention Mike. I had to have the stereo in my car repaired & sent it out as soon as I got it back in town, wanting to have it for the show. I picked it up earlier that morning as there was no time to ship it. The guy who repaired it also installed a switched axillary plug for me that I wired up through the ash tray. So when the time came for the cruise, I plugged in my I-Phone & launched Motley Crue Radio on Pandora in keeping with the late 80's early 90's theme I had going on.

The very first song was Home Sweet Home & I immediately thought of Mike.

My first attendance. Glad I made it. Lots of cars & lots of people. Shades of Norwalk in the back lot trailer parking area. Good seeing every one !!
Got one thing to say.....Chris you sure fed a lot of people & all was good. Thank you for your dedication 👍
Must admit the Race Pros sound great. !!!!
