Default Inspection Panel Fastner

I was wondering if anyone has a picture of the fastner setup for the dash inspection panel (under steering column). Also, does anyone know if anyone is reproducing these, or if there are other GM vehicles that also used the same part.

Thanks.

Pictures one and two are of the piece that sits in the lower metal channel of the dash (see picture four). There are two of these. Picture three is of the screw/fastener which goes through the hole in the lower inspection panel and into the piece shown in pictures one and two. There are two screws/fasteners as well.

Thank you! Now I what I am looking for. I might even have it in one of my misc. bolt boxes.
