Trim Tag:
05B - Build Date - May second week
64-2237 - Year; LeMans; 2 dr hardtop Coupe
BF - Fremont
214 - Black interior trim
NN A - NN = Sunfire Red Metallic; A = Black Rims
B70 - Padded Dash Cover
B80 - Drip Moulding Chrome
614 4 - ????

Fremont car are difficult to decode using the Trim Tag alone and with all Pontiacs it's best to get the PHS to verify what you have.

I haven't seen any good explanation for the 5-1, it might be something like the work shift. I know that the electrical inspection stamp on the firewall next to the 2 harness plugs had the shift information on it.
