It pains me to say this, but the only way for it to stay "right" over time is to add a third support in the center, even though it would be "aesthetically challenged" now for a different reason.
It obviously needed the two supports closer to each other (and ergo the centerline of the car) for this problem to have been avoided. Quote:

Question: why don't the Judge spoilers sag in the middle?
They are wider between the legs so you would think they would sag too but I've never seen a sagging Judge spoiler that was either original or aftermarket. |

OK,I was ata pontiac car show today and I took my 69 clone and there was 4 others there.I sat on my chair about 5 Ft behind 4 of them and looked at the spoilers at eye level.You have to really look hard and concentrate to see the sag.I’m never going to give mine a second thought again.FWIW,Tom

just a question;
couldn’t you secure it in a way as to prevent some of the sag? EG: tighten the two verticals closer to one another(?)

Guessing that spoiler won't sag. The back of that car is going to sag tho. LOL
