Washer REFILL bottle location
Does anyone have a picture of location for a 67 gto ?
From what I've read it mounts vertical on the passenger side radiator support. I'm referring to the glass refill bottle , not the resevoir |

FWIW
Since these were primarily Dealer add ons I don't think there is a wrong location.
But will add that while researching this a few years back the pattern seemed to be close to the washer Jug on the forward curvature of the inner wheelhouse. This would be between the Jug and Battery on '67 I have however seen them on the opposing side but few in that location. The one thing I feel is absolutely incorrect is sideways on the top/center portion of the tub, this just seems like it would be a bad choice.

If you look at the passenger side fender apron, there are two small dimples on a flat spot. This is a photo from my '65. On a 66, the dimples are in the spots where the plastic plugs are. These dimples and holes are where the battery tray mounts on a 6 cylinder. They also "just happen" to line up with the holes in the refill bracket.

In the Ames catalog (pg. 264 p/n P194N) it says it mounts on passenger side fender well for 64-66 models and
passenger side Core support for 67 models. I assume they did some research on this. If so, where on the core support would it be? My car is a 67 with A/C. Have you ever seen one mounted there Jeff? |

Only one, with a note of being '67 w/AC, and it looked very original but could never confirm with any other or similar placement.
