Pontiac-printed source for 1967 Firebird body tag coding?

We know that Pontiac followed Chevrolet's coding for applying equipment data on the 1967 Firebird cowl-mounted body tag. A general listing can be found here: http://www.camaros.org/numbers.shtml#CowlTag

We also know that some codes were Pontiac-specific, such as "F" which denoted the 400-inch engine.

Has a Pontiac (or Fisher) printed resource ever surfaced that notes the code as they apply to Pontiac?
