Default New Best

I finally got the suspension working with the 4.56 gear. I had a new best 60' @1.55 and a best ET @7.15, MPH was a little over 95. It was fun again to be able to dial the car in and go rounds. Looking forward to this year and hoping to do well. Hope everyone is getting out and laying down some good times.

Congrats! I'm interested in your combo too. Tracks not open here yet...yesterday was sunny and 70 then had snow last night. I did take mine out for a drive the other night though.

Thanks for the nice comments. The car is a 1980 Grand Am, not sure on the wt. I haven't wieghed it in years, probably 3400 and change. The engine is a 467 with #62 heads. The cam is a Crower solid, 264-274 @.050 with around .600 lift with the 1.6 rockers, (small block Ford rockers). The intake is a Performer RPM, with an HP 1000 4150 carb. Fuel cell with Mallory 140 at the cell and a mechanical Carter competition pump, stock fuel lines. Stock HEI ignition. Cheap 3 tube headers with 12" extensions turned down. TH 350 trans with a 9" rear and 4.56 gears, nothing special just a good lil bracket car.
