Default Ed Hartnett Standard Transmissions

Try contacting Ed he is a good guy who knows his stuff and can help you. Don’t know if he will have anything to sell but may know the guy you’re looking for.

Dave, X2 for Ed Hartnett. You won't find a more honest, knowledgeable guy in the Muncie world.

ps The town name is actually Lansdowne.

Thanks you guys. I will call Ed after X'mas. I don't see me getting to removing my tranny probably until Jan.

Dave, I believe he also sells them up in Gibbstown. I met him at the Cowtown flea market in NJ a few years back. He had Muncies for sale and rebuilds them. I used to have his business card but I can't find it.

Hi Gary,
I found Tom from Gibbstown, NJ. I took my tranny to him yesterday morning. I picked it up today at 11 am.
He is a great guy and REALLY knows 4 speeds.(especially Muncies). He totally restored and rebuilt my tranny. He stands behind his work and guarantees it.

Besides the top rebuilt kit, my tranny needed a new second gear and he replaced Syncros. and speedo gears, side cover springs, and other small items not in the kits.

I highly recommend Tom to anyone needing 4 speed tranny work. He works out of a garage at his house in Gibbstown, NJ. Not far from Commodore Barry Bridge(Philly)
PM me anyone who would like his info

Finally got the new tranny installed. Tom did a great job on my trans. It shifts so nice and is quieter. feels like a different car.
Don't hesitate to contact him if you need a new or rebuild your 4 speed.

Yes Matt, my car is finally done. Drives much better with NO MORE vibrations.
We are heading down to Wildwood Crest tomorrow for a 3 day weekend with friends. So I can't make it to Atco. As a matter of fact we have a lot of booked up weekends for the next few weeks with weddings and graduation party's.
I hope to go to some local cruise nites soon however.

Have fun at Atco
