Default vacuum advance

I was wondering if anyone knows which port on a Rochester Q jet is for the vacuum advance. ( This became a hotly debated issue at my local car cruise tonight. ) I am not sure if it is suppose to be a ported source or a un-ported source. ( again, a big debate occurred over this. ) So which one is correct for the OHC-6 Sprint and where is it located on the carb ?

Default AS FACTORY...

... Since I'm a "STOCKER" I've set my Vac Ad to OE spec/layout.
Ported above the plate.
