Default Need this part

I am looking for at least 2 original 63-64-65 throttlebodies . Some call these "baseplates.". This is for the smaller center carb. These have the vertical transition slot above the throttleblades.

Willing to buy or trade, should you need parts. I have large inventory of new and some original parts for tripowers.

I realize that these are reproduced, but I prefer originals. I have 2 complete center carbs, missing this part.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks.

Hi mike,
Do all the years have the part #3530 cast in the bottom of the throttle body?

I only have one small center throttlebody here and it has no number cast into the bottom. If you have one you want me to ID, send pics or call. Mike 309-360-6385

You are right that the original throttlebody has casting number 3530. If you have this part and are willing to sell, give me a call. 309.360.6385

Thanks! Mike Wasson

Hi Mike,
I actually sent you all 3 of my throttle bodies for you to restore last year. The 3530 was the one I sent you and that carb is on my car. I don't want to part with it.
The other 2 I have; I think are Reproductions.

Sorry Mike,

Dave

I looked at about 30 castings, none were the #3530, Mike

Boy, how rare are these originals? The years 1960 to 1965 used the 3530 casting, I would think there are plenty still around.
