Default Spark plug gap

Running AC Delco R45S plugs in a 64 326 what do you set your gap at when running a 6AL and all MSD components

Thanks thats what I was setting them at I just wanted to make sure that wasnt too wide.

I've run mine for years and 1000s of miles at .045. No issues at all.
