Default dash pad installation

hi, can anyone tell me how to install a dash pad on a 65' tempest? car did not have a dash pad from the factory. thanks,dan.

Hi
All you need to do is add two holes on the pass. side on the leading edge of the dash. Two ways to do it--depending if you already have the pad or not-- make a template out of paper off another car or the factory showed a install where you chalk the two studs and put the pad up to the dash and transfer the chalk marks showing where to drill, you can go a bit (pun intended) larger with the holes as you will have a little more adj. room for the line up of the screws on the dash bezel.
