1992 firebird convertible fenders
hello. Are the fenders for a 91-92 firebird convertible convertible only? I picked up a 1991 formula with ground effects and the fenders look klike they will not work on my convertible. The mounting bolts are in differrnt locations. Thanks. Bryan

I assume you're talking about front fenders? Fronts should work. But it is entirely possible they won't.

I do not believe that the fenders on a convertible are any different than a hardtop or t-top car. I have a parts book that I can consult to be sure, but I don't see any reason why there would be a difference. Which holes, in particular, are not lining up?
By the way, Formulas never have ground effects, so if the '91 you picked up has them, then it is either a base model Firebird or a Trans Am. |
