Default rear window defogger

Hey group.
Of all things now I have found that I am missing a rear window defogger.. electric for my 1970 Grand Prix. If you have let me know please.

Does it use the rectangular plastic grill?

Default rear deicer

It appears that I have a rear window de icer that should be in the windshield.. I dont have the correct windshield but the wires are there.. So, I dont have an electric blower type

ILL HAVE THE CORRECT SWITCH IF YOU NEED FOR A WINDOW GRID STYLE DEICER....
THE BLOWER STYLE I CALL DEFROSTERS..

And I have a complete set-up within driving distance in central KS.
