Cool

I'll be the guy that says this car has not only been touched, but touched really hard. Even the engine is painted the wrong color. It's a nice car and all but don't list a half dozen news and follow it up with "untouched all original".

Default 75 Trans Am

I listed this Trans Am as original untouched. To clarify the definition as everyone has a different idea of untouched and original. The car is as you would have driven it in 1975 so in that sense you can expect to find a real nice driver quality car that hasn't had an engine swap, no tempermental cam, intake and carb, shift kit or ;like my 75 455HO, it has subframe connectors, fuel cell, MSD, race springs etc. This car is untouched in that sense and it's original as it would have been in the day. Repairing torn interior or fresh paint only means it's real nice visually but it's been put back to original specs. So if someone's looking for a car that looks like it's set in a garage all it's life and hasn't had personal touches added over the years then this is tha car for you. The mileage is 75k documented on title.

My definition of untouched original is my ORIGINAL paint, ORIGINAL interior, ORIGINAL driveline that is in touched and not modified.

I'm with Bob on this. It is a nice RESTORED 75 TA (and for a fair
Price) it just is not an original car.

Looks like a nice '75, don't let these guys wear you down. We appreciate you posting a nice Pontiac where we can all make our own decision to call you about it or not.
Good luck with the sale!

Trust me, after 35 years of doing this I've seen all types and I've come to realize is that you can't please everyone so why try !!! As soon as I can figure out how to modify the ad I'll change it to UNCHANGED instead of UNTOUCHED and Original to ORIGINAL APPEARING so that those who have nothing better to do than PICK at the wording in all of the ads can relax. So hopefully the ENCYCLOPEDIA PATROL can move onto something more important like reading all the labels on their Prozac bottles so they can finally realize that if taken properly little things like wording in advertising isn't a real crisis, just look at the all pretty pics and breathe into a bag and it will pass, I promise.

Since you are new here; please understand nobody is trying pick apart your car. Or for that matter bash it in any way. However, we do try to look out for each other to a point. Now, with that being said, a better way to describe this great car and I mean that, would be to say things like "well maintained" or "well cared for", instead of saying "untouched" or "in a condition of what it would be new". Cause it's not. Maybe "upgraded with popular upgrades from the period", things of that nature. We all respect a great car no matter how it's modified and this is a great car. You kinda have to understand there are people on here of all different levels of knowledge, skill, experience and economic means. I don't how many Pontiacs you own or more to the point, are you here just to sell a car? Or are you an enthusiast who will frequent this forum? In any event good luck with the sale.

Incidentally, that is not a factory Hurst dual gate shifter. That shifter is aftermarket and was never offered from the factory. Sorry.
