Rally II wheel cap
My 70 GTO Shipped 03/18/70 From Pontiac MI
Are the Rally II caps Red or Black I heard Red was First 3 Months of Production and balance of production was black |

Typically, production use of the black center caps ran their course around the end of 1969. Unless your '70 was some kind of company car, with an earlier build, delayed to be shipped in March, it will have the red center caps.

My 70 was a mid December build with black Rally II caps.
