Default 67 Hood Latch Lift Spring

Can somebody post a close up picture of how this spring attaches behind the hood latch. The parts manual is no help other than providing the PN (548753). I have the spring but do not have the retainer that holds the spring in place. It has a screw that runs down thru the middle thru some sort of cupped washer.

Thanks in advance

Here are a couple of reference shots that I took of a 67 when I was putting mine back together. Not the greatest angle but might be helpful. The spring is held on by putting a bolt through a retaining plate that is sort of circular with the top and bottoms cut off.
