Good Luck,
I have been personally submitting to CCass for the last 3-4 years to do the headlight covers, as they are always broken around the screw holes. The last NOS (complete grills/covers) set I saw was @ Carlisle 10 years ago, asking price was $500. That's what we get for not owning the O' so prized 69 model (which they do repo grills/covers).
