Glad to hear the happy ending.

So if I am reading this correct... The Catalina spacers are just a touch thicker, which puts the Monte rotor further outboard? Sounds like it does the trick.

We modded spacers made for full size Pontiacs; trimmed them down 0.430" thick to the customers desire. I personally believe this was a crutch, that the inner bearing bores on the rotor were out of spec being too deep. We have made this design a dozen years and run into this issue a couple of times.

Like I said Mark, the Catalina spacers did the trick. Even the guys in the shop where I put it all together are impressed. Next 66 kit you sell, send them and see what happens. Yes, I understand not all will have the same problem but... you never know until it's put together.

I took the GTO out yesterday afternoon on a test run. The Catalina spacers did the trick. All is well!
