Default Pics of Dog Dish w/ RWL Tires

I am tired and bored of the Rally II's...... time for a change, and I am not ready to commit to buying a 17" setup, and I just cant seem to give up the BFG's yet....

I was thinking of doing some Dog Dish caps with my RWL tires.....

Anyone have any good pics of such a setup? Even better if its on a 65-67 Goat, and even better if they are 15" wheels.....

I was also thinking of going to some 15" Rally I's with the BFG's........ so any good pics of that would be welcome.

and of course, other ideas are always welcome.

IMHO dog dishes get blackwalls as SOP,no exceptions.

RWL just wont look right with the poverty caps...

Agreed on the RWL. Have them mounted inside.

I need to go to my other computer and resize a photo of my '66 Tempest with povertys and BFGs on 15x7 Olds stock steel rims. I'll have to do it later - it's dinner time.

Default just put poverty caps with redlines on mine

They are 15x7 painted body color with 60 series redlines from DB.... I love them! Get complements everywhere I go.

Wink My humble opinion

Blackwalls, redlines and narrow whitewalls.

These three all go well with the dog-dish caps.

Raised white letters.

This one does not.

My dad has always had white walls on his dog dish 76 Dodge truck. I never liked them. I have dog dish hubcaps on my 86 Dodge, I have black wall out and like them much more. That red stripe looks great tripwr on your wheels!!

Damn! Tough crowd here. I think the dog dish/ white letter combo has a no BS performance look to it. I run the poverty caps with white letter Wide-Oval bias ply's on my '69 for racing in F.A.S.T. I will say that my car draws a lot more attention with this set up than it oes with the Rally's on it.

BTW, I also like those American Racing wheels too. On the right car they really look sharp, and that could include GTO's in certain colors.

Goatless.... you have a side shot of your car?

I think my car would look tough with DogDish's and the BFG's

The white letters look okay, it's the ugly white circle that I can gladly do with out (wish I had a picture of Dads truck).

The toughest looking combo for your car would be steelies painted to match your car with the poverty caps and REDLINE tires. Not WL's. I guarantee it. Try it, you will like it.

"I think my car would look tough with DogDish's and the BFG's"

I think your car looks good the way it is... except add some taller tires to the rear.
