FWIW, as a point of reference, my 70 firebird had one of those factory fixed 4 blade jobs, with standard shroud and spaced 1/2 in/out with about an inch all around the circumference.

at idle, about 800 rpm, you could drop that shop towel a foot in front of the bumper and it would get sucked into the grill.

that sucker moved some air.
