Bllower Relay Saga '63 Cat

While trying to locate the second relay in the blower system I found 3 loose wires and an empty bracket on top of the vent motor plenum. Am I on the right track? Appears that I couldn't find the relay because it's not there. BTW, suitable substitute part number for the relays - Borg Warner R132
