Default '1997 Montana Engine Swap?

Anybody give me some tips on the easiest way to swap the 3.4 in the Montana myself?

The easiest way is drop the whole sub frame with the motor and trans still on the sub frame.Are you doing the work at home?Do you have the mean to use a hoist?Putting the van on the hoist is the best way.

I plan on doing it at home....my friend owns a shope down the road and I thought about paying him as a plan B

The job will be alot easier with a hoist.You can do the job at home but its going to be alot harder.
