Default "421" 1966 YK Long Block Factory 376 HP
Complete motor minus intake and trips. Engine is complete and on stand. I'm sure it needs rebuilt. Came out of 66 2+2, car drove under its own power into its final resting place before engine was removed. Comes with factory LB headers (not re-pops) and correct hard to find special oil adapter. Factory 093 heads, factory chrome valve covers still on heads. This is a rare find and the time to buy one, is when one comes available. These factory YK block, high HP unmolested engines are a needle in a hay stack!

Yes I am still interested but have to sell some stuff since I just bought a '66 Bonnie and am restoring a '66 Grand Prix ...

If it sells before I can sell some stuff then that's what it is ...

I have the tri power for it already ...

Not sure where date codes are located. I did take pics of distributor pad. The # 9782611 do designate a 1966 421. As you can see both heads are 093. There is a # stamped on front of block on pass side below head that reads 31534L and right below that is the YK stamp. Hope this helps a little but I have a feeling you are looking for month/day/year stamping. Engine is dirty with old motor grime, so it will be a challenge to find. If you can tell me where to look for exact date codes, I am willing to do so.

OK, here are pics of the date codes on block, heads, LB headers. Block and passenger side head are Dec 65. Can't make out all casting #'s on LB headers but appears to end in 5. Driver side head is Jan 66. With this information it appears that this is a #'s matching, date code correct YK 421/376 HP.

I want to point out I do NOT have intake or trips for this motor, however everything else is present, even starter, water pump, pulleys, balancer,

I will have to post several pics as my iPad does not allow me to post multiple pics for some reason.
