Every once in a while when I try to start my 66 GTO I get kinda of humming sound. After turning the key off and on again, it will start up. This has only started since it has gotten cold. I believe that this is a starter problem. Would you guys recommend a rebuild on this one, or gettig a new one from Ames or somewhere else? thanks

Sounds like the solenoid is sticking (not engaging). You could change the complete starter
or just the solenoid.

Ditto with the solenoid.
