What brand is the dyno? If it’s a dynojet it will make 600. If it’s a Mustang dyno probably less.

A friend of mine, Scott Martin he also has a flow bench.
When I ported my speedmasters with the 2.11-1.66 valves he flowed them and he had to do more work on the eddy heads to beat my numbers. I did'nt whrite the #'s down And can't remember what they flowed but I do know they were close to the eddy heads. I'll have to have him flow them again. Maybe 315? GT. |

Wouldn't be all that difficult for them to come up with something like that. |

Paul, did you use JB Weld to make the numbers on those aluminum heads? If so, any tips/pointers on how you made it look so nice?

I believe one way is to buy plastic numbers the size you want/ need, then impress them in clay type epoxy after you have coated them with mold release agent, and allow the epoxy to harden,
After that remove the plastic letters and then coat the mold you just made with the release agent , and use ciramic epoxy to fill the mold. After that hardens now you have the numbers or letters you need, just use the ciramic epoxy to put them where you want.

If you want it done give Paul call he can hook you up. I know quite a few guys have shipped heads to him for him to do this type stuff. He even has a more extensive process to make outside look even more stock. And while he has the heads he can tune up the ports if you wish |

Got it done pretty much done. Primed it today to make sure things oil properly. Just waiting for test stand free up to break it in and check for leaks then on the dyno it goes. Hopefully very soon.

Nice results!
It's a tad fat across the board, but it's nice and safe like that!
