Default Is there supposed to be a cover for this "access hole" in lower passenger firewall?

I didn't remember if there is some kind of cover to keep stuff from piling up in there etc, it looks like just access to the cage nut if you need to disassemble from the frame?

Of course, the upload of the pix rotated them 90 degrees, sorry.
